Our story
Network began in 1988, when parents and coaches created an off-season training program for local volleyball players. That tradition continues as Outpost Juniors.

Dan Anderson 723 career wins · 7 state finals · 28 seasons Dan led Marian High School volleyball for 28 seasons, compiling a 723–244 record with 27 winning seasons. His teams reached seven state finals and earned four state runner-up finishes. A five-time Northern Indiana Conference Coach of the Year, Dan helped develop six NIC MVPs and 29 First Team All-Conference selections. He brings decades of experience developing players and building successful teams to Outpost Juniors.
Steve Anderson 913 career wins · 3 state titles · Indiana Hall of Fame Steve led Mishawaka High School volleyball for 34 seasons, compiling a 913–262 career record. His teams earned three state championships and four state runner-up finishes. His honors include four State Coach of the Year awards, 10 Northern Indiana Conference Coach of the Year awards, and induction into the Mishawaka Hall of Fame in 1995 and the Indiana Hall of Fame in 2011. His earlier 26-season résumé records 774 wins and 139 losses, 23 NIC championships, 16 state finals appearances, 19 sectional titles, 18 regional titles, and 12 semi-state championships. These are milestones from that earlier period, not additional career totals. At Outpost Juniors, Steve helps experienced players sharpen their fundamentals, understand the game, and compete with confidence.
